Parking
Priority Parking is provided to event participants in the Yodler Lot. Parking passes and directions to the Yodler Lot can be picked up at check-in.
Event Check-In
Registration
will be in the Mountainside Conference Center at Main Lodge, Mammoth Mountain
starting at 12pm on Friday (April 5th). Enter main lodge through
“Main Entrance” under the clock tower and make your way to the third floor.
Mammoth Invitational signs will help guide you once you are inside the door.
Hours of registration are Friday 12pm-5pm and Saturday 8am-10am. Gala
registration will be next to coat check just through the “Main Entrance”
What should I Wear?
Pirate Attire is most appropriate throughout the weekend.
Attire
for our evening Gala is formal meets pirates meets mountain reality. Some ideas
have included pirate wear, gem toned dresses, or formal wear with treasured
accessories. Creativity is encourage!
- *Please Note* No Guns as costume pieces.
Please be sensitive to costume pieces that may be offensive or dis-tasteful to
our diverse group
Auction is for Everyone!
We can’t wait to show you our auction items in person, but feel
free to start bidding or planning out your plan of attack for Saturday Evening.
Our auction has something for everyone and the online platform can be used to
all (whether they are at the event or not). Send this link to your friends who
can’t attend our event.

Don't Drink & Drive-
If you and your party plan on drinking Friday or Saturday
evenings, please plan on taking a taxi on us! We have arranged with Mammoth
Taxi to provide transportation for event and Gala participants. Please
call Mammoth Taxi at (760) 934-8294 to make a reservation now.
Pro/Local Guide Assignments
Diamond
Teams and sponsors will be matched with a Snow Industry pro (Olympic or
National Team Skier or Rider) while our Ruby and Pearl teams will be
matched with a local celebrity. Please plan to meet your Pro or Local
Guide upon arrival Friday evening or Saturday morning. They will guide you
through the weekend and make your event experience top notch!
Sunday's Race
In
the past, Sunday's race event has been open to the community, but this
year, it is still considered part of our Team/Sponsor activities and limited to
families of participants, guest, and volunteers. Please plan to come with your
team and battle it out for ultimate Mammoth Invitational pride! Our format
is as follows;
- One run per person.
- Dual format, although children are on
one course and adults are on the other course
- Live
podium at the bottom (if you come down winning, you stand immediately
on the podium and get a prize. For every racer that comes down and you
remain on top of the podium, you get another prize. If you run first and
win, you get the whole treasure chest!
- Times
are handicapped by age, gender, and sliding device.
Treasure Hunt
Clues and passports will be given out at
breakfast Saturday morning to the team leader. This fun adventure will take you all over Mammoth
Mountain. Different clues will have different point amounts. Try for the hard clues and get more points, or aim for the easy clues and move about faster! Hint- The more time you have the better! The treasure hunt ends
at the end of lunch at Mountainside Bar & Grill at 1:30pm on Saturday.
