Please complete this form to start the donation process for the Mammoth Invitational. 

We are seeking donations of items for our silent and live auction including: hotel accommodations, airline tickets, dinners, event tickets, experiences, specialty baskets, athletic apparel, and merchandise.

Be as specific as possible in describing items. Help us market your items - upload a photo, graphic or any supporting information of your donation.

If you are donating more than three items, you only need to fill out the form once. Please list the names of each item in the description. 

MMCF reserves the right to "package" your item with other auction items in order to maximize the marketability of all auction items and to allocate donated items as MMCF sees fit.

We will send you an email/letter acknowledging your contribution. Note your donation may have limited tax-deductible value and you may need to contact your tax advisor for more information.

For planning purposes, arrange pickup/delivery or ship all materials to arrive by March 15, 2019
